There are almost as many types of people who are into birds as there are birds themselves. Since 1901, Birds Australia (formerly the Royal Australasian Ornithologists Union) has been bringing together people who care about birds. More than just a research organisation, BA is a passionate advocate for the protection of our birds and the habitats on which they depend.
